Paulé Smith has practiced law in Oklahoma since 1996, bringing more than 28 years of trial experience to the clients she serves. Before founding Smith Law, she worked as a prosecutor, gaining firsthand insight into how criminal cases are built and tried. Today, that experience benefits her clients across a wide range of legal matters—including criminal defense, family litigation, and estate and probate law. She is admitted to practice before the State of Oklahoma, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and most Tribal Courts of Law.
